BROWNS 2008 SEASON TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE NOW!
Seating inventory available for new season ticket sales is based upon non-renewal of existing season ticket accounts. With the exception of Dawg Pound seating (which is currently sold out), purchasing Browns season tickets requires the one-time purchase of a Permanent Seat License (PSL).
Permanent Seat Licenses give you the opportunity to purchase the rights to specific seats at Cleveland Browns Stadium. The ownership of a PSL gives you control of your seat and is contingent upon the annual renewal of your Browns season tickets. The PSL is a one-time fee that is paid in the first year of ownership (in addition to the cost of the game tickets) and guarantees the season ticket holder the right to purchase the same great seats each season as long as the team plays in Cleveland Browns Stadium. The owner of the PSL must purchase season tickets each season in order to retain the rights to that particular PSL. The annual price of season tickets can vary by year and will vary depending upon the seating category.

PSL Transfer Policy
PSL owners have the right to transfer by gift, bequest or otherwise, their PSLs. You may wish to pass on your PSLs to your children or other family member, as well as a friend or business associate. Also, should you ever decide to stop buying your season tickets, you may opt to sell your PSLs. Transfers received between May 2nd and February 1st will be completed upon approval of the transfer by the CLeveland browns prior to invoicing for the following season. Transfers received between February 2nd and May 1st will be completed upon payment in full of the season ticket invoice and approval of the transfer by the Cleveland Browns. Tickets will then be mailed to the new party. Any transfers received after May 1st will not be reviewed and transferred until next season.
Once awarded a PSL, you must purchase season tickets for your assigned seats. Season tickets typically include two (2) preseason and eight (8) regular season games. In the event of playoff games, tickets will be purchased and billed separately. PSLs do not apply to any other events that may be held in the Stadium, such as concerts or collegiate football games.

Seat Relocation Policy
As a season ticket holder, you may request relocation of your seats. Due to limited availability of seating in the Stadium and demand for tickets, changes will be minimal. Any changes will be made on the basis of account tenure, the date the request was received and at the discretion of the Cleveland Browns.

Season Ticket Payment
Should you fail to purchase your season tickets on or before the payment deadline, you stand to forfeit your PSL and all rights to subsequent season tickets. The Cleveland Browns will have the right to resell the forfeited PSL with no obligation to the former PSL owner.
